I am not your traditional designer. I’ve worked my way through customer facing jobs, managed teams, rebooted my career into product owner roles and then eventually found design as a real way to solve major problems and actually help people. I am customer obsessed because I know first hand how bad design hurts humans and how good design can change people’s lives for the better.
